What areas do you cover?
We provide free collection and delivery across North Devon, including Bideford, Barnstaple, Westward Ho!, Northam, Fremington, and surrounding towns and villages. If you're unsure whether you're in our service area, please contact us directly.
How do I book a collection?
Simply head to our website and click "Book a Quotation" or fill in our online form. We'll get in touch to confirm your pickup time and service requirements.
Do I need to be home for collection or delivery?
Not necessarily. If agreed in advance, you can leave your laundry in a safe, dry place, and we’ll return it the same way. Please note, this is at your own risk.
How does your pricing work?
We charge per kilogram of laundry, with transparent, competitive rates. Ironing and premium services may be priced per item or with a surcharge. For up-to-date rates, visit our Services page or request a free quote.
What types of laundry do you handle?
We process standard domestic laundry and offer:
- Wash, dry & fold
- Ironing only
- Combined wash & iron
- Bedding, towels, shirts, school uniforms and more
We do not currently handle commercial loads.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 48 hours. Need it quicker? Ask about our Next-Day Service (subject to availability and a small surcharge).
How should I prepare my laundry?
- Place all laundry in a clean, durable bag
- Separate whites and colours if you’re concerned about colour transfer
- Empty all pockets of coins, tissues, pens, etc.
- Clearly label any special care items
Do you offer stain removal?
We always do our best, but stain removal is not guaranteed. The earlier a stain is treated, the better the results — so don't delay!
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order for collection and delivery is £15. Smaller jobs may be accepted, but with a small travel surcharge.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via bank transfer, card payment link, or cash on delivery (if arranged in advance). You'll receive full confirmation and details after we process your order.
What happens if something is damaged or lost?
We handle every item with great care. In the rare event of damage or loss, please refer to our Refund Policy. Our liability is capped at £20 per item.
Can I cancel or reschedule a pickup?
Yes — just contact us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Missed pickups without notice may incur a small fee.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for handling domestic laundry. Your peace of mind is our priority.
